We process your data exclusively within the framework of the statutory provisions, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). This website does not use cookies or any analytics or tracking tools, and does not embed any external content.

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., San Francisco, USA. When you visit the website, information transmitted by your browser is automatically collected (server log files):

- page or file accessed
- referrer URL (previously visited page)
- browser and operating system used
This data is technically necessary to deliver the website and to ensure its security and stability. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure and error-free operation of the website.
A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with Netlify. As Netlify is based in the USA, data may be transferred to the USA. Netlify is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; the transfer is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR). 4. Contact form
If you send us an inquiry via the contact form, we process the data you enter (name, company, email address, message) as well as the selected language version of the website in order to handle your inquiry.
The form data is processed via the Netlify Forms service provided by our host Netlify, stored there and forwarded to us by email. The information in section 3 applies to the transfer to the USA.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, insofar as your inquiry relates to a contract or serves to carry out pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your data will be deleted as soon as your inquiry has been fully processed, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Business correspondence may be subject to commercial and tax retention periods of up to ten years.
